• What time are your services?

We meet on Sundays in person and online at 10:30am. Kids and youth ministries occur at the same time.

  • Do you have services for kids and youth?

Yes! Kids and youth are centered in our community. We have kids services from infant to high school and we follow stringent safety guidelines so you can enjoy our services and know your kids are in good hands.

  • Where do I park?

We have onsite parking and traffic directors in our parking lot to ensure safe entry and exit to our parking lot.

  • How long do services typically last?

Our worship services typically last for about 60 minutes. The first 15 minutes or so are live music and worship followed by a sermon and and a closing song. Don’t be shy to linger a little longer after the service - we have free coffee and snacks and it’s a great time to talk and make new friends.

  • What should I wear?

Come exactly as you are - don’t dress up or down for anyone. At Common Ground you’ll see people in shorts and t-shirts, jeans and hoodies, shirts and ties and much more. We want you to be you so come as you are.

  • Will the roof cave in if I show up at church?

You’d be surprised how many times we get this question, and we want to reassure you: we’re a church full of regular, imperfect people. The roof won't cave in if it’s your first time here or if you’ve been away for a while. What matters to us isn’t your past or what you may or may not have done—it’s you. We’re here to show you that the love and excellence of Jesus Christ is the answer for all of us, no matter where we’ve been.

  • What kind of people attend Common Ground?

We’re heard it said that we are a church for bikers to bankers.....and it’s true. You’ll see all walks of life at Common Ground and that’s the way we like it. All are welcome!

  • What denomination is the church affiliated with?

Common Ground is a non-denomination church. We're a church for regular people—those who might have questions about God but feel unsure about traditional church experiences. If you've got doubts, messiness, or feel like you don’t quite fit in elsewhere, you’re welcome here. We know we're not everyone's cup of tea, but we might just be yours!

  • Do I have to give contribute financially to Common Ground in order to attend?

No, you do not have to give money to attend Common Ground.

We believe that generosity is an act of worship and a deeply personal decision between you and God. Our church operates entirely through the generous contributions of those who attend, which enable us to serve our community, run our ministries, and care for those in need. However, we have no rules or expectations about what anyone should or shouldn’t give.

At Common Ground, we recognize that everyone has unique gifts to share. For some, it’s financial support; for others, it’s offering their time and talents, or simply being a smiling, encouraging presence. Each contribution, no matter the form, is deeply valued and helps make our church community what it is.

We’ll never pressure anyone for money, and we’re simply grateful for your presence with us as we grow together in faith.

  • Can I watch services online if I can’t attend in person?

Absolutely! If for any reason you can’t make our in-person service, you can always watch it live on our website at https://cgtv.livecontrol.tv/ or on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/myCommonGround). You can also look at previous sermons on our website as well.

  • Can I talk to a pastor?

If you have any other questions or simply want to talk to a pastor, please call the church directly at 440-951-1111 or you can email our lead pastor Paul Kraker at paul@mycommonground.org

  • Is your church accessible?

We have made sure that our building is accessible for people of all different abilities. While there are stairs to get to our main sanctuary there is a lift/elevator for those in need.
